That`s the doubt.
If you get a piece of paper and try to fullfill it with circles, you will never be able to complete. That is what i heard. But when you assume that you can use scissors and circunferences, the picture chances the face to what looks like a mixture of circles and scissors of n sizes. So, thats my doubt... Does circles and scissors fullfill this piece of paper?
